There is an additional $25 costume fee for those campers who will participate in our final week theater production. |
Additional Discounts - Must have a two week minimum in order to apply discounts
• Take an additional $100 off the total registration for returning campers (must be the same camper).
• Take an additional $150 off your grand total for a second camper from the same household.
Pre-Camp
• Pre-Camp runs from 7:30am – 6pm for a flat fee of $250 for the week or $50 per day.
• Pre-Camp is the only week that can be pro-rated (per day).
• There are no discounts for Pre-Camp fees.
• Pre-Camp starts the week prior to week 1 of regular camp and is intended to for children who may be out of school earlier than other children.
• Pre-Camp does not include all of the regular activites like swimming and field-trips but the campers will have many well supervised art classes and outdoor activities scheduled.
Extended Day Options
• AM Option (7:30-8:30am)- $30 per week or $6 per day
• PM Option (3:30-6:00pm)- $70 per week or $14 per day
• Extended day options for days/weeks can be added after initial registration. We ask that you please inform us of these additional days as soon as possible so that we may insure that we have the proper number of staff assigned for these days.
Deposit and Refunds
• All fees must be paid in full by no later than the day your camper starts. Failure to make full payment may result in your child's inability to attend camp.
• A $100 per child non-refundable deposit will reserve a space until June 1. The deposit will be applied toward fees.This deposit does not grant you the discount price at the time of your registration. Total must be paid in full by the designated deadline to receive the discount.
• After June 1, each week added to initial registration will cost $300.
• After June 1, for each week subtracted from initial registration, a $50 per week refund will be given.
