Please note mask wearing is no longer required in youth and adult class settings and will not be required in our theater starting this spring.
Class & Workshop Program Policies
- Preregistration is required for all programs unless otherwise noted
- Payments must be completed and received by Allens Lane Art Center before the first class or workshop.
- The Center reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops with low enrollment and make any necessary changes to programs, schedules, instructors, and fees.
- Youth classes and workshops include all materials.
- Adult students are responsible for their own materials unless noted in the description.
- The Center reserves the right to publish photos and videos of adult and youth students and their work for promotion purposes.
- If you or your child does not wish to be photographed, please notify us by email at info@allenslane.org
- Allens Lane reserves the right to refuse a student’s registration if the individual is disruptive and their behavior results in other students’ inability to create and enjoy the class or workshop.
Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if a class or workshop is canceled. We will notify you of the cancelation before the first class or workshop starts.
If you need to withdraw from a class or workshop and would like to request a refund or credit, you must email your request to info@allenslane.org by the following deadlines:
- Up to 2 weeks before the first class 90% refund or a 100% credit on your account for future classes/workshops
- Seven days prior to the first class 75% refund or 100% credit on your account for future classes/workshops
- No refunds or credits can be processed after the start of classes.
Weather
If a class or workshop is canceled because of inclement weather, an announcement will be emailed and posted to our Social Media. You can call (215) 248-0546 during office hours to discuss the class status. The canceled class will be rescheduled.
