Instructor: Sarah McConnell

Sarah is a multi-media artist and teaching artist based out of West Philadelphia. She graduated from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture with a degree in Art Therapy and has several years of experience working with young artists in many settings, from elementary-aged art education through undergraduate. Her teaching practice is centered in supporting young creatives self-expression through art, while promoting creativity, exploration and most importantly, fun! Sarah’s love of multi-media art encourages students to experiment with a wide range of mediums while developing their relationship with art and their individual artistic voice.
